Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that if you are arriving by car you need to contact the property in advance in order to provide a parking permit to park on site. The permit is issued with a refundable deposit of EUR 100. Cars without parking permit will be towed. Please note that this property is an apartment and therefore has no 24/7 reception desk.
