This resort is located in the town of Zirahuén, on the shore of the lake. It is just 40 minutes’ drive from the city of Morelia, and offers charming cottages. The cottages sleep up to 8 guests. All have a lounge with fireplace and sofa, and a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee-maker and kitchen utensils. The private bathrooms have soap and towels, and there is 24-hour hot water. The cottages are distributed in three sections around the lake: Zirahuén, Alpina and Orquídea. The area is heavily forested, and is ideal for walking and enjoying nature. The property can hire bicycles. The Zirahuen Forest and Resort offers 4 restaurants. Both have wonderful lake views, with one serving fusion dishes, while the other offers regional dishes.
A damage deposit of MXN 2500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
WiFi is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
