De Klok is located in the very centre of Breda, right on the Grote Markt in Breda. It features a restaurant and an intimate street terrace with views towards the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk. Flat-screen cable TV and a work desk are provided as standard in the rooms at Stadshotel De Klok. Each room also has a private bathroom with a bath or shower. Guests can make use of free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The market is the central nightlife area of the town. Breda Railway Station is just over a 10-minute walk from Stadshotel. The Efteling theme park is 25 km from the hotel. ‘s-Hertogenbosch and the Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park are both 40 minutes’ drive away. The hotel restaurant, Paviljoen de Colonie, serves a selection of typical Dutch dishes as well as international cuisine. It benefits from a cosy atmosphere with original stained glass windows and colonial-inspired décor.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note the hotel has an agreement with Switchpark Oude Vest parking at Oude Vest 3 in Breda. Guests can get a discount of 15% on the parking fee with a discount card available at the reception. Guests are kindly requested to note that on market days rooms at the front of the hotel may experience some noise disturbance. It is also possible that due to the central location of the hotel, rooms at the front of the building may be subject to some noise disturbance as a result of night life in the evenings. Please note that hairdryers can be borrowed at the reception without any extra charges. Stadshotel de Klok has no airconditioning in the rooms. Group policy: Groups can be asked to pay a deposit at check-in.
