Set on 12 acres in Mt Lyford, this property offers free Wi-Fi and self-contained chalets with a fireplace. Guests can relax on their own patio and enjoy lovely lake and mountain views. Mt Lyford Holiday Homes is 15 minutes' drive from the Waiau River and Amuri Golf Club. It is an hours' drive from Hanmer Springs. Each self-contained chalet features a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and 2 bathrooms. All include a lounge area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Guests can share an outdoor meal in the BBQ area.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that there is a 2.25% charge when you pay with a credit card. If you wish to pay cash please advise at time of booking. Bed linen and cleaning fee will be charged unless specifically requested not to have these services at least 24 hrs before arrival. Please note that there is an NZ $30 charge per day (2 day minimum use) to use the hot tub provided in the 3-bedroom chalets. This is not available in the 4-bedroom house. Please note that all children, including infants, are counted as part of the occupancy of the room. All additional guests, including infants, will incur an extra charge.
