Waterfall Retreat is a private, luxury escape that sits on 25 acres of private New Zealand native bush, allowing guests complete exclusivity from the outside world. It is an architecturally designed masterpiece with floor to ceiling glass the entire way around the house so guests have views from every aspect of this magnificent house. Waterfall Retreat can host intimate groups as small as two, or larger groups of up to 16. We cater to couples, families, friends or think tank groups. With a master bedroom and four separate bedrooms, each with their own marble en-suites this haven allows a separate togetherness. You can socialise in the main pavilion, which boast a large table catering to 14 people and then retreat to your own private space, where there will just be you, the bush, the water and the birds. Featuring a spa pool, Waterfall Bay – Picton accessible by boat is situated in Waterfall Bay. The property has sea and mountain views. The holiday home comes with 5 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, and a bathroom. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is offered. A free water taxi transfer is offered from Picton to Waterfall Bay on arrival and departure. There is also a shuttle service provided at an additional charge. Picton is 18 km from the holiday home. The nearest airport is Marlborough Airport, 80 km from Waterfall Bay – Picton.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Waterfall Bay Glass House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
