A damage deposit of NZD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests arriving after 21.00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance to arrange for after hours check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note there will be a Surcharge of 2.5% for all the credit card and the pay Wave payments. All the international cards also have the surcharge.
