A semi-detached holiday home with an outdoor pool and access to whirlpool at Lista, close to a sandy beach and with a boat for rent.
The holiday home has a secluded location by a country road, 13 km from Farsund and 6,5 km from Vanse. The plot is large where you can enjoy activities. The German house owners live in the other half of the house, and are happy to show you the good fishing spots or hiking trails.
Spacious living room with direct access to a terrace with a pool. The pool is 4 metres diagonally and 120 cm deep, and you also have access to a whirlpool on the owners side of the property (also used by owner). Enjoy the peace and quiet in the countryside. The large plot includes a grill hut and a large yard where children can play football or jump on the trampoline. You can borrow bicycles from the owners, who will show you the best paths. There is a beach 600 metres from the house. Borhaug, a small town with shop and café is 4,5 km away.
The boat available for rent is a stabile 19 ft Buster aluminium boat with 70 hp motor, sonar, chartplotter and gps. The harbour is 2,5 km away and the owner will gladly take you out in the boat. You can also buy a fishing license for river fishing from June to September.
