Situated in the coastal village of Innhavet, 130 km south of Narvik, Hamarøy Hotel provides free WiFi and free gym access. All room have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Markens Grøde Restaurant & Café serves North Norwegian specialities as well as international cuisine. All dishes are based on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. In summer, meals can be taken out onto the terrace. Other facilities include a sauna, a solarium and an indoor pool. On-site parking is free. Nearby recreational options include hiking, skiing, fishing and hunting. Staff are happy to give tips on activities in the surrounding area, such as hiking, boat and fishing trips. Knut Hamsun Centre is about 50 minutes’ drive away.
