Madeira Sunset Cottage - Nature Retreat offers chalet accommodation with an outdoor heated swimming pool with water jets, a green garden, an organic orchard and barbecue facilities. This property is 550 metres above sea level and is composed of five Nordic-style cottages. Each unit features a private bathroom with free toiletries, an equipped kitchenette, free WiFi, streaming services and scenic views over the valley and ocean. Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals in the self-catering chalets. The units feature equipped kitchenettes, with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. On request, it is possible to create special welcome baskets tailored to the guest's preferences. Breakfast is delivered in the cottage every day and guests are welcome to prepare their own meals in the self-catering chalets. The pool and surrounding area are ideal for lounging after a refreshing swim, while the garden is great for strolling and relaxing in the hammocks. Massages are available, at a surcharge and guests can rent a car through the front desk staff. Around the property there are a vast of green areas and several hiking trails. Porto Moniz is a 17-minute drive and Rabaçal area and the 25 fountains trail are only 35 minutes - drive away. Madeira Sunset Cottage - Nature Retreat is a 1-hour drive from the Funchal Ecological Park and the Madeira Airport.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the Madeira Sunset Cottage has no local front desk. Please note that group reservations of 3 or more cottages require full payment in advance as well as a deposit of €500.00, to be returned at the end of the stay if no major damages are incurred. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 EUR per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos.
