The Concorde Hotels & Residences was founded in 2009, by partnership between Engr. Fawaz F. Mushtaha, Jamal Haddad, and Ahmed Al Ahdal. Who were joined later by Mohammed al Humaidan. Hotel Professionals from Saudi Arabia & Moslem Countries work under the direction of the Chairman and Board of Directors, executing the general policy and strategic management structure which devolves down through the positions of Director of Operations to responsible executives. While all vital policy measures - on planning and business strategy - are taken by the Board of Directors, it is vital and forward-seeking policy that executives of each division are vested with the power to respond to situations and take quick decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the Company. Concorde Hotels & Residences aggressive expansion plans have seen the company grow from 1 property in 2009 to a total of 16 by 2010, which collectively offer over 1,900 rooms. With several further properties planned for opening and new projects in the pipeline the latest is MADINAH CONCORDE confirming the company’s intention to have Concorde Hotels & Residences managed properties in the Holy Cities: Makkah & Madinah.
