Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This is a designated quarantine hotel. The property can only accept bookings from travelers who are required to quarantine (i.e. international travelers). You may be asked to provide evidence of this on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. Guests are required to complete a health declaration (PCR screening for COVID-19) during their stay. Guests staying 1-4 nights are screened once per stay; guests staying 5-13 nights are screened twice per stay; guests staying 13 nights or more are screened 3 times per stay. Screening fees must be paid in advance of arrival. Guests will receive an email from the property with mandatory fees payment instructions within 24 hours after booking the reservation. Payment is made via a secure link and due within 24 hours after receiving the email. Guests who have not paid the fees in advance will not be able to check in.
