Surrounded by nature, next to Lake Sommen, this hostel has a large garden, a fully equipped communal kitchen and a private bathing area. WiFi access is free. All rooms at Solviken Tranås Hostel have a washbasin. Toilets and showers are shared. Hostel Solviken’s common room features a selection of games, books and magazines, while the garden provides plenty of space for various activities. Bicycles and canoes can be rented on site. It also has a bicycle storage and service room. Shops and restaurants are available in Tranås, 20 minutes' drive from the hostel. The Asby Alpin ski slopes are 8 km away, while cross-country ski trails are found just outside the hostel.
