Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. The reception is open Monday to Friday at 07:00–17:00. Contact the hotel before arrival for opening hours during weekends. Opening hours vary depending on the season. If you expect to arrive after 17:00 on Monday-Friday or after 14:30 on Saturday-Sunday, please inform Duvan Hotell in advance in order to receive an access code via email. The property requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show photo identification and the same credit card used for booking upon check-in. Guests are not allowed to invite other visitors at the property.
