A damage deposit of CHF 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property reserves the right to ask guests to sign their agreement to the house rules on or before arrival. Please note that check-in after 21:00 is not possible and if guests did not arrive until that time, the reservation with be cancelled with a penalty. Earlier check-in than 17:00 is only possible upon prior confirmation by the property. Please contact the property in advance if you expect to arrive before 17:00, as the reception is not permanently staffed. Contact details are provided in your booking confirmation.
