Situated 450 metres above Lake Lucerne on the Bürgenberg mountain, in the Bürgenstock Resort, the Waldhotel Health & medical Excellence was designed by star architect Matteo Thun and features the Waldhotel Spa and Verbena Restaurant with its own bar on site. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. The Hotel Restaurant, Verbena Restaurant & Bar, features healthy cuisine only from locally and ethically sourced products free of refined sugars, oils and carbohydrates while avoiding artificial flavourings & preservatives. All Waldhotel rooms are facing south and feature their own balconies or terraces as well as a relaxation areas with own desk. Every room has a private bathroom equipped with a bath and walk-in shower, own bathroom health amenities, free coffee & tea facilities as well as soft drinks from the minibar. The hotel has its own medical facilities on site operated 24 hrs. with fully equipped medical personnel for your health & safety. You can play tennis or golf at this hotel, and the area is popular for mountain biking and hiking. Europe's highest outdoor lift, the Hammetschwand lift, is located nearby. The hotel guests can access the Bürgenstock Boat Shuttle as well as a funicular from and to Lucerne during entire stay free of charge. Bürgenstock Cinema is available for all guests at a charge of CHF 15 per person per movie. You can enjoy the Waldhotel Spa during your stay as part of your room rate. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to access the Waldhotel Spa. When booking rooms for 5 or more nights different policies and conditions apply.
