An ancient footpath to Gandria starts right outside the apartment. The Lido San Domenico public beach is 600 metres away. The Tamporiva Bus Stop is 70 metres away, and the San Domenico and Post Castagnola Bus Stops, as well as 2 restaurants, are 350 metres away. Upon request, parking is possible at Barony Le Pergole against a surcharge. The Monte Bré Cable Car, the Lido Lugano public beach, tennis courts, a fitness centre, and various supermarkets are between 1.2 and 1.4 km away. The Congress Centre is 1.6 km away, and the centre of Lugano is 2.5 km away.

Late check-in after 19.00 and late check-out after 10.00 will incur a CHF 100 fee per hour. Check-in after 22.00 is not possible.
