Hotel Alpina occupies a charming historic building right next to the Lucerne Train Station and the KKL Convention Centre. The Chapel Bridge is just a 3-minute walk away. A varied hot and cold breakfast buffet is served every morning in the sister Hotel Monopol next to the Alpina. There you also find the Suite Lounge & Bar on the 7th floor featuring superb views over the city. Guests of Alpina Luzern benefit from free WiFi in all areas. Fine food and selected wines can be enjoyed in the hotel's La Bestia restaurant. As the hotel is situated right in the heart of Lucerne next to the train station, there are also numerous other possibilities for having a drink, a coffee, lunch and dinner in the immediate vicinity. The Old Town is quickly and easily reachable on foot. Hourly trains connect Lucerne with the Zurich Airport. Upon arrival, guests receive the Lucerne City Mobility ticket, which offers free use of all buses and trains (excluding boats) in 2nd class in the whole city. The reception staff of the Alpina hotel can provide any information about the town you may need.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CHF 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Limited parking is available at the hotel, and additional public parking spaces can be found at the train station (direct access to the hotel) or at a nearby parking garage.
