Family-run for 150 years, the Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The La Pistache gourmet restaurant was awarded 16 Gault Millau points. At the Bistro, you can taste original Swiss cuisine and various dishes of the day. All rooms feature cable TV and a reading corner with a sofa. Some units offer panoramic views. Free parking is possible in front of the hotel, and a public bus stop can be found in front of the Hotel Balm. There is also an animal park and a playground for children.

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Balm Pool is closed from Fri 01 Nov 2024 until Tue 15 Apr 2025 Please note that on Mondays or Tuesdays, check-in is not possible after 22:00 under any circumstances. On request we do also offer half board for our hotel guests. The restaurant will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, only open for hotel breakfast. Please note that single currency credit cards (UnionPay logo only) cannot be accepted for reservations.
