95 m2. More information by the provider: The 3-bedroom Chalet is decorated in Alpine style. The ground floor contains a spacious open kitchen, living area and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a cosy corner seat and table for up to 8 people. A Delizio coffee machine (capsules available at the MIGROS) is available for guest use. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double and a single bed. A guest room, in the basement, with bunk beds and separate toilet (including washing machine) is accessible via the outside staircase. The bathroom with shower / toilet is located upstairs. Please note that there is no television or internet connection available in this chalet. This provides an increasingly rare opportunity, to completely switch off from everyday life. A DVD player with monitor, a selection of DVDs, plus books and games for all ages are available. Sports equipment (skis) can be stored in a compartment in the basement where a davos sledge and a mountain scooter is available, too. There is also the option to lock the skis (with a padlock) at the ropeway station hence, daily transport to the chalet is not necessary.
Kaution: Die Kaution von CHF 300.- (wird entweder bei der Buchung belastet oder bei Anreise in Bar einkassiert) wird nach der Abreise vom Vermieter rückerstattet sofern keine Schäden am Mietobjekt verursacht worden sind. Bitte teilen Sie dem Vermieter Ihre Bankverbindung mit. Bitte beachten Sie: wenn mehr Personen anreisen, als vertraglich vereinbart, wird vor Ort (ab der 5. Person bis max. 8 Personen) zusätzlich CHF 15.00 + Kurtaxe pro Person und Nacht + Bettwäsche fällig. Dies ist bar vor Ort zu bezahlen. Die Heizkosten von ca. CHF 120.00 - 160.00 sind im Winter inklusive.
