Centrally located in Zhubei central business district, the 5-star Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel features an indoor heated pool, an on-site shopping arcade and a fitness centre. Various themed restaurants and 24-hour room service are available. There is also free parking and a 24-hour front desk. Luxurious and modern, all rooms are equipped with a 42-inch flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. A sofa and well-stocked minibar are included. En suite bathrooms come with a bathtub and separate shower stall. Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Hsinchu Science Park, also known as the Silicon Valley of Taiwan. It is a 10-minute drive from Hsinchu High Speed Railway Station and the City of God Temple Night Market. Taoyuan International Airport is a 45-minute drive away. International dishes are available at Feast Restaurant while Chinese food can be sampled at Yue restaurant. Drinks can be enjoyed at Light Bar, Lobby Lounge and Tea Room. Guests can arrange day trips at the tour desk, or check e-mails at the business centre. The hotel also provides area and airport shuttles at an additional charge.

On weekends and consecutive holidays, breakfast is limited to one hour, and two different time periods are provided for guests to choose upon checking in, period 1: 06:30-08:30; period 2: 08:30-10:00. If the selected period is full, another period will be provided instead.
