The hotel can arrange private limousine airport transfers. A car rental service is also offered.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Kindly note that guests that book the room on bed and breakfast basis will be charged an additional fee for children's breakfast. Therefore children can stay in an existing bed with parents on a room only basis. (No Meals Included) Each guest checking in to the hotel is required to have a valid Original UAE Identity Card or a Passport. Please note that as of the 1 January 2018, Kempinski Hotels SA is no longer managing the hotel. The new hotel name is Ajman Hotel which will be managed by a new hotel management company. Please note that in order to maintain a safe environment, Ajman Hotel does not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the swimming pool area. Hot plates and heating elements may not be used in guest rooms and will be removed if found by the hotel staff as a fire safety precaution. Upon check in, guests are kindly requested to present the same credit card used to make the reservation, and a different payment method can be used. Please note that the following charges will apply for the 31st December Gala Dinner for all Half board, Full Board and All Inclusive Bookers : AED 800 per adult AED 350 per child 6 to 11 years old If the guest booked on Halfboard he will be automatically entitled to Lunch instead of Dinner unless they pay the difference of the Gala dinner price.
