Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. As per the UAE rules and regulations, a valid original identity document such as Passport or National ID is mandatory to be provided at check-in for each guest occupying each room. The hotel will be running -20% F&B (Food and Beverage) promotion in all related outlets from June 10th to September 30th to all guest staying in hotel.
