As per the law, guests must present a valid hard copy of either Vietnamese identification card, Vietnamese Temporary Residence Card or passport upon check-in. Valid visa is also required for foreign passport holder.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
