For a safe and worry-free travel, please be reminded of the following:

1. Guests from Alert Level 1 and 2 are permitted to travel, except those with comorbidities or currently pregnant.

2. Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, this property can only accept bookings from fully vaccinated guests. Vaccination certificates and/or other documents as required by law must be presented at check-in. Please contact the property for more information.

3. All guests 3-17 years old must present a medical certificate from a licensed physician while no requirements for children 2 years old and below as long as the guardians have complete requirements.

4. A negative COVID-19 test no more than 3 days old must be presented upon check-in; otherwise check-in may be refused.

5. We cannot accommodate guests from Alert Levels 4 and 5 and those with comorbidities or currently pregnant.

6. Provide a copy of your booking confirmation letter.

7. Bring valid government-issued IDs.

8. Please bring at least two (2) hard copies of the required documents as one set will be handed over to the Officer-in-Charge at the checkpoint.

9. Before arrival, please drop by the Municipal Tourism Reception Area and present a copy of your Confirmed Reservation and Medical Certificates/Vaccination Cards. Pay the Ecological Fee of Php 20.00 and claim your Referral Slip. Present the Referral Slip upon arrival at the resort. No Referral Slip, No Entry.

10. In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), guests are required to wear a face covering in all public spaces and indoor common areas.
