Wooden chalet, built in 2001, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds (steep stairs), sauna (always ready electric stove), bathroom (shower), dressing room, separate toilet, terrace (24m ²) with balcony. The terrace has infrared heaters.
Carport. A hot tub heated by wood (for extra payment to the owner, price 200 €/use inc. heating).
The villa has dryer, two TVs, a satellite dish and a program card (no channels without own card), gas grill and electric fish smoker. Air heat sourse pump (heating and cooling).
Wi-Fi connection. Comfortable villa in Virpiniemi area where a variety of services. Areas shared beach is near (about 150 m). Beach is very suitable for children.
Golf Course (office 700 m), cross-country ski tracks in area, sports field, tennis courts and indoor sports facilities in the 900 m, ski jump hill 1 km, horse riding facilities and an agility course 2 km. There is a restaurant Virpihovi (open season) 900 m. Oulu 20 km, Eden Spa 20 km.
In Virpiniemi area there are many cottages, in the vicinity cottage 8680 (a distance of about 50 m).
A cot and high chair on request. Maximum number of persons is 4 including all adults and children.
