Log cottage 2011, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), bathroom / wc, upstairs double bed and two beds.. Air source heat pump. 2 TVs.
Sauna by lake 20 m (wood-burning stove), water fetched from lake. Tap water is rich in iron (smell).
Security deposit euro 150 will be charged upon arrival. Payment in cash. Log cabin in peaceful location, large lake nearby. Flat shore, suitable for beach games.
Owner rents out a moveable hot tub. Price is 90 e/time (pre-heated), 150 e/2 days, additional days 50 e/day (client heats it).
Well water is not checked yearly, therefore boiling water is recommended. Owner will bring drinking water.
Small game hunting license for owner's lands is included in the price, hunting areas are located in 2 - 20 km distance from the cottage. Maps of the areas are available in the cottage. State owned land's hunting areas Korpihovi 5 km and Riikinhovi 35 km. Hunting club Vuohto-Erä ry's hunting areas (for hare and fox, no birds) near the cottage, permits can be purchased from the cottage owner.
Fishing license of the local Mäkikylä fishing area is included in the rent. The cottage has a few fishing nets for clients to use (including 5 licenses for nets). 2 bicycles on hire.
St.Lake Golf 18 km. Pyhäjärvi town 24 km, sight Vaskikello-clock collection of 28 km. Toboggan slide 9 km, uphold by the owner.
