If guests want to book a room from now until August 31, 2020 for trips between June 28, 2020 and December 31, 2020, but cannot travel due to current travel restrictions, reservations can be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the arrival date without penalty for any period until April 30, 2021. For any further cancellation, a 100% penalty applies.

Penalty 100% in case of cancellation of reservation for 13 days or less, no-show, early check-out

Free cancellation 21 days before arrival
Penalty 100% in case of cancellation of reservation in 20 days or less, no-show, early check-out
Payment Rules:
The deposit is 25% of the total cost of the reservation when booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the cancellation policy.
The deposit is refunded in case of cancellation as part of the cancellation policy.
