In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Guests will be contacted by a reservations team member shortly after booking. Please note that the property has a strict "1 group per night" policy; guests may be contacted to cancel or move dates if the property already has a group in during the booked dates. We do ask on arrival for a cash deposit or a pre-authorization on a debit or credit card if paying cash. We do hold the right to charge a Noise disturbance fee if another guest has complained about the severity of noise or if our night team have had to ask to you to keep it down more than twice due to complaints during the night. These fee’s can range between a fee of €100 or if we have to refund any guests room due to noise from your room the fee will be the price of their room. The Kernel Bar & Kitchen is currently closed for the winter months. Our hotels Bar is open on Thursdays/Fridays & Saturdays from October 6th 2022.
