The Dunraven Arms Hotel is a family run hotel. Steeped in history and tradition, the hotel was initially built by the Earl of Dunraven in the 19th century. The hotel featured in the centenary of the Michelin Guide in 2011 and is one of the oldest running hotels in either Ireland or Great Britain. The Dunraven Arms is situated in the village of Adare, Co Limerick. Known for its charm and beauty, this thriving little village is home to thatched cottages, sprawling public parks and elegant boutiques. Today the hotel is run by the Murphy family and now consists of 87 beautifully appointed rooms, the award winning Maigue Restaurant, the Hunters Bar, our leisure centre and our newest addition, our conference centre. Directions from Shannon International Airport (30 minute drive) On leaving the airport follow the N19 in the direction of Limerick/Galway then merge onto the N 18 signposted Limerick. At junction 4 follow the N18 - Toll signposted Limerick East Toll. Go through tunnel and leave the N18 at junction 1 and follow the M20 signposted Cork. At junction 5 continue forward on the N21 signposted Tralee until you reach Adare. The Dunraven Arms is on the right hand side as you enter the village. Directions from Dublin (2.5 hour drive) Take the N7 out of Dublin heading for Limerick. This merges into the M7 until you reach Borris on Ossory. Continue on the N7 until you reach Limerick where you will merge onto the M7 signposted Limerick, at junction 7 leave the M7 and join the M20 signposted Cork. At junction 5 continue forward on the N21 signposted Tralee until you reach Adare. The Dunraven Arms is on the right hand side as you enter the village.
