The main difference is that during your stay we do not clean the apartments or change towels. How do we get the keys to the apartment? The day before your arrival you will receive a Whatsapp message with a link for the online check-in. When you arrive at the apart-hotel call us on the phone that is at the lobby and we will come meet you, settle the payment, give you the keys to the apartment and everything you will need. Is there 24/7 reception? No, since we are an apart-hotel we have an office in the building with our great team who are always happy to help during our office hours. We are available on Whatsapp, email, phone and online chat. In addition, there is a security guard at the building 24/7. After our office hours, we are available by phone or with a duty manager at the building. Can I book for a month or longer? There is no limit to the amount of nights you can stay with us, our rates are per night and change according to the apt category, amount of guests and date. The entrance to the swimming pool (in the season) and the gym is according to the Israeli Ministry of Health's instructions.
