The Tamanoyu Hotel used to be a sanatorium for Zen priests and has been modified to a modern hotel preserving its traditional parts since 1953. The beautiful natural forest of 2.5 acre is dotted with independent 18 guestrooms built in the traditional Japanese style. Most guestrooms are equipped with an authentic Japanese living room, a western twin bed room, and a private spa bathing room .
