Our Acadian Country Inn began its life in 1880 as the first priest’s residence of Bouctouche. We have preserved the era’s architecture and charm with its dormers and interior wood detailing, all the while modernizing our facility for the comfort of our guests. Two wings, the most recent added in the 1940s, have been renovated offering sixteen comfortable and reasonably priced rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The original 1880 house has two large suites, the perfect thing for the couple wanting a little pampering or when you decide to bring the kids along. We are located on the ocean about 20 minutes north of Shediac, 50 minutes south or Mirimachi, 40 minutes north-east of Moncton and a short 2 kilometres from the centre of Bouctouche. From Fredericton: Take Highway 2 to Moncton. Continue on Highway 2 bypassing Moncton and take exit #467 onto highway 15 (East) heading towards Shediac . Continue on 15 for approx. 20 kilometres. At the intersection with Highway 11, take the second exit ramp (Exit 31 B), heading North in the direction of Miramichi. Continue on highway 11 North for about 30 kilometres to Bouctouche. It is well-signed (we have a major tourist attraction here – Le Pays de la Sagouine). Get off at Exit 32 A . At the top of the exit ramp, turn right and continue straight through town. Further directions after the **. From Moncton: Take Highway 15 East towards Shediac. At the intersection with Highway 11 North, take the second exit ramp (Exit 31 B), heading in the direction of Miramichi. Continue North on highway 11 for about 30 kilometres. Bouctouche is well-signed (we have a major tourist attraction here – Le Pays de la Sagouine) and is Exit 32 A off of Highway 11.
