When checking into the hotel, guests must provide one of the following documents:
- the result of a PCR examination for COVID-19 conducted no more than three days before check-in;

Compulsory Christmas Eve Dinner - USD 630.00 and USD 315.00 per child. (Children from 6 to 12 years old). Compulsory New Year's Eve Dinner - USD 1090.00 per adult and USD 545.00 per child. (Children from 6 to 12 years old).

Please note that the property is only accessible by the following modes of transfer: Seaplane (40-minutes) or Domestic flight (35-minutes) + Speedboat (15-minutes)

Regular seaplane transfer. Adult: USD 1,320.00 round trip. Child (2 – 11 yo): USD 660.00 round trip. Infant: Complimentary.
Domestic flight + speedboat transfer. Adult: USD 1,210.00 round trip. Child (2 – 11 yo): USD 605.00 round trip. Infant: Complimentary.
Private JOALI Seaplane Transfer. Maximum 8 passengers: USD 8,800.00 per way.

• International flight must be provided to the resort at least 7 days prior to arrival to secure flight seats. Failure to do this may result in the seat being not able to guarantee.
• Seaplane transfer will take approximately 40 minutes flight from Male airport to our island. Domestic Transfer will take an approximately a 35-minute flight to Ifuru Domestic Airport followed by a 15-minute speed boat journey to the resort.
• Seaplane transfers only operate during daylight hours, 6:00 – 15:30 hours. The latest international flight arrival at Male Airport for a guaranteed seaplane transfer is 15:30 hours. For international arrivals after 15:30 hours Male time, we recommend Domestic Transfers.
• The earliest guaranteed international departure is 9:00 hours.
• Luggage check-in allowance is 20 Kg per + 5 Kg hand-carry bag. Excess luggage is charged at USD 5 per Kg.
• Exact flight timings and schedules are set by the local airport authorities and are subject to change without prior notice. JOALI Maldives is not responsible for any delays or cancelations of domestic and seaplane transfers.
• Shared Seaplanes or Domestic transfers may have multiple stops before reaching our resort.

Children 5 years and below stay free of charge as per maximum occupancy per villa. They eat free from infant and Junior Gourmet menus when dining in restaurants.
