NON-GOVERNMENT MANDATED CHARGES Environmental Fee An Environmental Fee of MUR 130.44 per night *plus applicable taxes* will be applied to all reservations. This fee is in addition to the room rate per night. This fee is used to support WiseOceans which is a marine conservation and education company that strives towards a future with healthier oceans. A mandatory charge for our New Year* Eve Celebration applies to all guests staying the night of 31Dec24. For adults the charge is included in the nightly rate. Rates for children will be applied to the guest*s final invoice as follows; EUR 520 for children ages 12 to 18; EUR 260 for children ages 5 to 11; complimentary for children ages 4 and under GENERAL POLICY All cancellations and changes must be made by 600pm resort time at least 7 days before expected arrival date. If cancellation notice is received 7 days prior to expected arrival date a 100pct cancellation of the total room revenue stay will be charged. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the resort. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card deposit at the time of booking or the reservation will automatically be released. A deposit for the cost of one nights room rate inclusive of VAT per room will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.
