The holiday apartment is located in a former fish factory on the dock,
perfect for fishing and a splendid summer holiday. The apartment is
tastefully furnished and has a terrace with a panoramic ocean view.
There is a fish cleaning table with lights and running water for gutting
the fish before freezing it. The dock has furniture and a barbecue
grill, with plenty of space to relax. The boat available for rent
belongs to the apartment and you are therefore guaranteed a boat. The
apartment is one of several units, so that several families or group of
friends can rent each their apartment. Only 30-40 minutes from all the
attractions and sights in Kristiansand. The apartment is up a stairway to the 2nd floor above the former factory. Life jackets for 5 people available.
