Your hosts Joanna Howie and Neil Sutherland welcome you to the attractive Victorian spacious villa, built in 1891. This section of High Street is an Historic Precinct and Deacons Court is listed on the City's historic building register.
Deacons Court was originally built for the Presbyterian Church as the manse for the St Andrews Church in Carroll Street. Today it is still an impressive building, with lovely views of the city and the harbour.
The three guest rooms are completely separate to the hosts' accommodation, with no shared facilities. The whole guest area is downstairs, with a separate entrance, kitchen, seated guest area, and garden, this provides a quiet, private environment for guests to relax. The large bedrooms are all beautifully decorated, have en-suites or private bathrooms, heaters, TV, and electric blankets. Complimentary 24 hour tea or fresh coffee, laundry service available on request and easy car parking. There is an attractive garden and a sunny conservatory to relax in. All the attractions of Dunedin are within easy reach.
