Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

  • Cash Breakage deposit: CHF 500 per stay
  • A tax is imposed by the city: CHF 2.80 per person, per night for adults; CHF 1.80 per night for guests aged 11-18 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
  • Cleaning fee: CHF 300 per accommodation, per stay
    • Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation.
