This charming holiday home lies on a beautiful beach plot on the island
of Tjörn. It has a terrace, a private bathing dock and a panoramic view
of the sea and of Koön. This homestead dates back to the 1800’s. The
owner has maintained it’s old fashioned charm and some of it’s original
features, such as the wooden floor and the woodburning stove.
The view here is stunning. You can relax on the bathing dock and enjoy
watching the boats passing by. There is a bathing spot 20 minutes from
the house, with a sandy beach and shallow water, suitable for small
children. There is also a small lawn by the house, where the children
can play.
The holiday home features a cosy kitchen with a dining area, an airy
living room with a wood burning stove, and a bathroom with a WC and a
bath tub (no shower). Adjacent to the living room is a small sleeping
area, a former veranda that has been rebuilt. It contains a single bed
and a drape instead of a door. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with a bed
of 120 centimetres width. There is also a guest house with two extra
beds (a sofabed), and a WC, and a shower. This makes it the perfect
holiday home for friends or one large family with teenagers who want
some privacy.
Tjörn and the archipelago around it offers many beautiful sights. Pilane
is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Sweden, and offers a
“sculpture park” with sculptures by some of Sweden’s finest artists.
There are a couple of towns somewhat close to the holiday home. Skärhamn
i 15 kilometres away and Kållekärr is only 11 kilometres away.

surroundings! Please note that the ceiling height is only 1,85
centimetres.
