This delightful holiday home is beautifully situated by Bodasjön and
features a stunning, panoramic view of the lake. The house is of a
semi-subterranean type and has it’s own bathing spot with a dock only
ten metres away.
The house cottage was renovated in 2018, including a new porchand is modernly furnished and has a very good standard.
The upper floor features two bedrooms, a laundry room and a
bathroom with a shower and a WC. The first floor has an open plan
kitchen and dining area with a magnificent view of the lake.From the
kitchen you reach the large terrace which also overlooks the lake.
The bottom floor features a cosy living room with a fire place, a TV and
a double extra bed (a sofa bed). From here you reach the glazed
veranda, situated right below the terrace. Bodasjön offers fishing, pike
and bass, for instance, but be sure to get a fishing permit. There is a
lovely, shield-friendly, public bathing area about 300 metres from the
house, offering sandy beaches and a bathing dock.
Gothenburg, one of Sweden’s largest cities, is an easy forty minute
drive away.The cities offers shopping, entertainment, museums,
restaurants and plenty of other activities. Gothenburg is also the home
of Liseberg, Sweden’s largest funfair, a great destination for
families!
