Please note that the hotel provides complimentary transfer service from Mae Haad Pier (at the meeting point) for the Lomprayah and Seatran Ferry companies. The hotel requires guests to confirm their arrival time on the island 1-2 days before arrival. If a different ferry company has been booked, the guest is required to confirm with hotel about the exact arrival time otherwise the pick up service is not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel for more information. Please note that the hotel provides a free shuttle drop-off service to Mae Haad Pier 3 times a day. This is a drop-off only. The drop-off shuttle leaves daily from Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort at 08:15, 13:00 and 18:00 hrs. There are 1 return shuttles from the pier to the hotel at 21:30.
