Guests must transfer via Boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 9 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 9 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. This property is accessible only by public ferry (surcharge). The ferry runs every hour from 7 AM to 6 PM. Guests board the ferry at Sri Ban Phe Pier and disembark at Nar-Dan Pier. From the pier, guests must arrange local taxi service to the property (approximately 30 minutes). Guests may be subject to health screenings for COVID-19 at Nar-Dan Pier after disembarkation.
