Zalety: Breakfast was tasty, there was plenty of food, we could choose what we wanted to eat. Localization
was also good. Hotel has their own car parking.
Śniadanie było smaczne, było dużo jedzenia do wyboru. Lokalizacja także była dobra. Hotel posiada swój parking.
Wady: The worst was personnel and their customer approach. We were there two nights. About hour
before coming to the hotel they called us to tell us that the air conditioning is broken in our room.
Our room was placed on the attic, there was about 30 degrees on the outside, so it was really hot in
there. We explained politely that we paid for room with air conditioning and then the lady on the
reception suggested us THAT MAYBE WE CAN OPEN THE WINDOW. THE WINDOW was placed right
above our bed, we asked what if it will be raining but we didn’t get the answer. It was the 11-12
august. We had our next reservation at 20-21 august. We came to the hotel at 6 pm and the
reception was closed. Of course we had confirmation that we rented room in this hotel for about a
month. We didn’t know what to do so we tried to ask waiter for help. He told us that there is no
room for us. We were surprised because we have already paid for it so we showed him a
confirmation and after few time he took us to the room with one pillow and one quilt. The manager
of the restaurant said to us that WE ARE MARRIAGE SO ONE PILLOW SHOULD BE ENOUGH. We went
to the bath and we noticed that the water is barely warm and door in out cabin are spoilt that we
couldn’t close them. We will never go there again.
Najgorsze było podejście personelu do klienta. Byliśmy tam dwie noce. Godzinę przed noclegiem zadzwonili. że nie działa klimatyzacja. Mieliśmy pokój na strychu, a na polu było ponad 30 stopni. Na pytanie o nasz pokój z klimatyzacją, za który zapłaciliśmy, pani zasugerowała, iż możemy otworzyć sobie okno.
Następny razem przyjechaliśmy o 18 i recepcja była już zamknięta. W końcu złapaliśmy kelnera i zapytaliśmy o naszą rezerwację, który odpowiedział, że nie ma dla nas pokoju. Ostatecznie umieścił nas w pokoju z zepsutą kabiną prysznicową, ledwie ciepłą wodą oraz jedną kołdrą i poduszką. Na pytanie odnośnie drugiej poduszki usłyszeliśmy, że jesteśmy małżeństwem i powinno nam tyle starczyć. Nie polecamy.
