If you arrive after 8 pm and you haven't a reservation or you have a reservation but you haven't payed yet, you can check-in, pay and select your room from a digital platform named TOTEM, near the ingress door. Once you have completed your reservation you will receive a confirmation notification where you find a code. You need the code to pick up your room key from the keybox to the left of the door. This technology enables to bypass the front desk completely. From the totem you can reserve and pay only a night, should you need to stay for more days please contact the Reception the day after.
